AiM: Ultimate Battle Climax, full name Adventures in Mobius: Ultimate Battle Climax and abbreviated as AiM:UBC, is a conceptional/fanon fighting game/project developed by AiM Admin Amari64 and created by AiM Player STANLEY69.
Gameplay
The gameplay is a bit mixed with Street Fighter and King of Fighters with gameplay elements from various Capcom and SNK fighting games, mainly the Street Fighter and The King of Fighters series. The player could select up to three characters with an assist character in a team. In arcade mode, players could choose different paths as they progress through a "World Map" to fight against waiting CPU opponents. Other than battling the usual fighters in one-on-one fights, there would also be the possibility of fighting which rival, bonus stage, and final boss will be, depending which route the player would choose.
Development History
Despite being a conceptional fanon game, the Concept File does, infact, show a fictional update list.
On February 22, 2018, the main characters of RWBY (Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long), Bowser and Bowser Jr. were added to the DLC Characters list. Alieen, Rori, Alyssa, Nameless and Ceelis were added to the Unlockable Characters list. Survival, Shop and Challenges were added to the Game Modes list. The "Etc." list was added alongside with the DLC Stages. Viria and her serpent were removed and Nagashi's roles as an Unlockable character was changed to a Starter character.
On February 24, 2018, Darkness became a new playable character. On the next day, Lance became a new playable character and Cy-Dra, Maggie, Morgana and Muri also became new playable characters as Unlockable characters. Lupe became a new Assist character.
On April 31, 2018 (probably mistaken as March 31 or April 1), the April Fools update came in. Jake Paul, Logan Paul, Chancezilla, John Wick, PewDiePie, Max Payne and Chin Chin were added to the game as DLC Characters.
On May 28, 2018, all "unnessecary characters" are no longer around. Spelling has been corrected and a section of the AiM Universe has been revised.
On July 6, 2018, Marshmellow Monk alongside with Tundra became new playable characters. Ness and Lucas were added to the DLC Characters list.
On July 13, 2018, a big update came in. Yosafire, Froze, Macarona, Rawberry, Stormfire Rupture, Sterling Errol, the Ice Climbers, and Mega Man became new DLC Fighters. Pawn Ruby, Dialo, Chelan, Pico, Heatman, and Zatch and Zym became new assist characters. The DLC List was added to the Assist Characters list.
On July 27, 2018, the Controls were added to the ETC list. The first official moveset was released, that being Raven's Moveset. Jinja, Parm, and Konrad became new playable characters. Moriko, Iris, Metal Bill, Silver Sonic, Honey and Sky became new DLC Fighters.
